"We stayed as a family and enjoyed the properties facilities including pool swings and outdoor games. The Tuscan dinner was enjoyable with amazing views. Property in convenient to local restaurants and provided a great recommendation list. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Great value. My only suggestion would be to provide some basics on arrival such as tea, coffee, milk. A hairdryer would also be useful."

"The pool was very nice overlooking the hills of Tuscany. The hotel has a nice ambience, rustic but very clean an updated. I like there were big windows that could open to a garden from the room. "Our family of 4 were welcomed with a warm smile and lots of attentiveness from Giulia. We stayed in a cozy 2 bdr farmhouse apt equipped to cook in. We arrived by train to the station at Montelupo. Giulia recommended a few taxi drivers for us and the ones we had were so friendly. I would recommend renting a vehicle to drive to/from the property as taxi rides can be quite expensive.
