"The room was uncomfortable and did not feel safe. It was HOT and no AC at all. One fan for a two Queen bedroom. When I asked if some one can deliver one more fa -they could not accomodate it either.
Overall-I did not feel safe there and what is advertized is not what is in reality."

"Eddie, at reception, was friendly and professional. The rest of the stay was disappointing. The hotel advertises a heated pool which was NOT heated. We were told seasonal fresh fruit would be served at breakfast . There was NO fresh fruit. The room furniture was dirty and smelled musky. There was no air conditioning and opening windows to allow for fresh air was limited to a 4 inch opening. Linens in the bathroom were provided for 2 people (we had 4 in our party). We will NOT stay here...

"They do allow pets, however there isn't really a good place for them to go potty. The cable didn't want to work, so we went most of the stay without TV, the heater kept turning itself off, even when it wasn't set to auto. And the bathroom flooded while trying to take a shower and it wasn't fixed during our 3 night stay and we weren't offered compensation or a new room as it was the only handicap accessible room available. The walls were filthy and there was damage to fixtures and the microwave...

"I book with Expedia because taxes and fees are transparent. I got charged $10 +tax to park on the property by the motel.
The floor of our room was gritty and our bare feet dirty on the bottom from walking barefoot in the room.
The tubes of shower shampoo and soap in the shower were dried out and didn't function.
The beds towels coffee frig internet were good
Our room had been recently remodeled and had a fabulous 2nd floor picture windows.
