"I loved the resort. The rooms were cleaned daily without requesting service. The staff always greeted you and were very friendly and nice. The chef would come out at dinner to see if you enjoyed the food. Concierge was great, The restaurant Manager came out and introduced himself and when he found out it was out 30th anniversary, planned a complimentary spa day “my husband dropped the ball and didn’t reserve us a time slot”. "The room was clean, staff was friendly and the location was very close to the airport. Only issues were you have to wait daily for towels to be washed and returned, could be because they were fully booked for DreamWeekend. Also it would have been good for the rooms to have a, fridge (even microwave also one is availablefor use in the restaurant), shampoo, conditioner and a blow dryer.
Overall it wasn't bad but it could have been better with these basic neci"

"I like the look of the property, the pink all over the buildings and the decorations was fire. What I didn’t like about it was the pool was dirty. It looked like they didn’t clean the pool in like months. The lights in my room went out like they had electrical problems if you don’t have an oil exclusive pass. .
