"Overall, our stay was okay. The location was great! Very close to the mall, restaurants, highway, parliament, etc. All of the KITCHEN staff were extremely kind, friendly, and attentive to our needs and they would always greet us with a smile. However, the other staff around the hotel were not as hospitable. It’s nice when all hotel staff are smiling, friendly, and greet guests. The rooms were fairly clean but some of the sheets had a small stain. The buffet breakfast was also good."

"This is a charming place to stay with an excellent location - right in Chelsea village and close to restaurants, Gatineau Park, and Nordik spa. We stayed in the "private room", which was nicely decorated, cozy and overall very pleasant. My only complaint is that it is called a B&B but there is no breakfast. Not a big deal but it is a misnomer. When one stays at a B&B, one expects the second "B"."

"the images shown on the website are not exactly what the reality is of this property. this is a property that has been partially renovated, where for example, bathrooms have been upgraded beautifully, but the room I had, was grey and drab and weird with stairs leading to ground floor....made it seem like being in a gym. Television and link to it down...with no real reason provided. The parking lot and driveway and area all very rugged and unkempt...weeds growing everywhere and basically not...

"Please keep in mind that there is no elevator, so you have to climb the stairs to the second floor to reach your room. Moreover, the rooms are cramped and not well maintained. The air conditioner in my room was very old and extremely loud, which kept me awake throughout the night. The breakfast was also very poor, with dry croissants and very limited options. There were no vegetables or dairy products available. I honestly wonder how this hotel can be rated four stars. Based on my experience,...
