Quite suprised, the hotel itself was very nice and modern. Upon walking into our room, we noticed blood on the wall by the bathroom. Not a small amount either. The lobby bar was nice, service was ok and there was only one person on staff. It took an hour and a half for food, but we were not in a rush. Nice staff and friendly. For what we paid for the room and food, I am very disappointed. I would not stay here again.

My sister and I stayed at Hyatt Down Town Moncton NB we enjoyed our 2 nights and had a beautiful view of Skating Ring and Maine st. The staff at front Desk and Morning Brunch was helpfull and pleasant! The breakfast which was included with our room plentiful and fresh fruits was a plus! Minor concern was just the bathroom door was very heavy and noisy it wakes up the other person in room! Will definitely return! Manager was top! Outside parking should be included as there are no other options! Hope to be back soon! Very satisfied!

Family friendly hotel
Stayed with partner, our 3.5 year old and senior parents. Rooms were spacious with a nice seating area. Whole hotel was very clean, even the pool area. Staff were friendly and helpful, special mention to the breakfast staff. They were great! Already thinking about going back! Great value too.

Nice spacious room, clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was very good (eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, mixed berries, pastries, breads, cereal, etc) Disapointed that the hotel had a 2 hour delay for checking foor our room. Texting service to inform us when room is ready but we never got a call/text! Clerks are very nice but not bilingual.

We are return patrons. We just discovered the fact that this facility not only has a lovely pool but this pool has a "lift chair" into the pool! As a left lower leg amputee if only one year this was incredibly exciting for me!! I love the water but have not yet managed to get into the water!! We will be returning at the end of February and guaranteed I will be in the water!! 😊
