"Room was clean. Beds were well worn. We had an excellent view of the Harbour and city. Walking distance to almost everything. Breakfast was good but busy and we didn't get served coffee till we were done our meal."

"The hotel and grounds were very tired looking. Stains on hallway carpet and damage on walls in our room. TVs were not working as they were having trouble with Rogers. Breakfast was poor unless you were eating processed food like bagels and yogourt. At present they have billed us twice for our stay so that is another thing we have to get corrected."

"I loved the fact that they have Dove products for toiletries. They are renovating by the looks of things, and we got 1 of the newly renovated rooms, so the bed gave us a good night's sleep. They definitely need to pick up their cleaning game when it comes to the bathrooms, including the 1 in the gym.
