No one named Aine was found in our check-in record, which is very unethical. Each of our guest rooms is comfortable and beautiful.During the New Year and celebrations, it’s better to do something kind.

My overnight stay was great. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and a nice size room. The breakfast was delicious and well worth the money. I would go there again

Not clean dust on walls mold in shower dead spiders. Very cold. Lets just say would not recommend and will never go back. So cold we almost had to keep our coats on to sleep.

The hosts were nice. Took us about an hr to check in. It was not very clean at all. Its a place to lay your head. We canceled the breakfast when we checked in. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Quiet & Cozy
Nice boutique place to stay. The hosts were very friendly and kind even though it was late in the evening before I arrived. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. I enjoyed my brief stay there. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in town. Price was excellent.

The photos were nice at least. The owner Di find some prescription medicine we forgot an was kind enough to keep it for pick up as we came back through Moncton.

Thanks for your stay. We were very happy to have the opportunity to serve you. We did the very good care of you elderly couple. Arranged a suite on the main floor, nice and comfortable and full size kitchen to use..., but for your comments, 2 out of 5， We were disappointed and feel it is unfair.

Hosts were very welcoming and kind, however, property is very old. The entire building had an off smell and could use a deep cleaning. If you just need a place to sleep, this was fine - sheets and bed were clean. Location surrounding property is questionable but it is very conveniently located walking distance to downtown.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. They tried their best. They had a great garden at the back contains a lot of fruit trees, very refreshing to sit there and have a meal. However property is very old and not maintained very well. There was a funny smell all over the building, I had to open the window all night long. Kitchen and all the equipments inside was very old and seems not cleaned properly.I don’t think adding water to soaps and orange juices is a good way to do budget management, I think its is fooling the customers. Yes, it is budget friendly but I believe budget friendly travelers deserves to treat valuable as well.

Thanks for your feedback! The 8-25, 2023 was very busy. You and your five year old daughter were welcome, but we were concerned, She's cute and bubbly and way too active. We adjusted to a large room with 3 large new windows and all new furniture on the main floor. the next morning. We have a big breakfast for you, a little pocket money for your daughter (just for fun). Luckily, only stayed one night. After retiring from university research work, we have been in business for 19 years. We have always maintained a good price, and very good service. value for money. It will never do silly things like "add water" as you might imagine. Please do not mislead others.

My husband arrived in the morning, before check in, and asked to leave his bags. We are not travelling by car and he wanted to explore Moncton. The owner offered to give him the key to the room. He said that wasn’t necessary but she insisted. She gave him the key for a room with a bathroom in the hallway. I had booked a room with private bath. When he called me, I insisted he get a room with private bath. The owner argued that that would cost more—but that was the price of the room I had booked. She finally gave it to him “as a special favour”. The next morning we vacated the room and asked if we could leave our bags until our bus in the afternoon. We would have put them in the communal kitchen—at our own risk. The owner refused. She said we were difficult guests since my husband had checked in early and also wanted a special room. That is not what happened. I am cancelling the reservation I made to stay here at a later date.

The owners were friendly and hospitable. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel ....this isn't it....however, this is a clean comfortable stay for the price. We would certainly go back again. To the owners: extra pillows would be a plus in each room. Enjoyed our stay.

So unreal, so violent!The facts are: 1. You booked a room for 2 nights on July 24&25. After staying for two nights, you asked to continue for three more months, and at a very low rental price. it's out of the question. We did not agree. The reason is that July and August are the busiest months and most rooms are booked. Nevertheless, we have an extra day for you at a special price. You live for a total of three days. There was no "evicted from the room without warning".2. You are from Ukraine and did not speak in English. Every word needs "Google Translate". I have lived and worked in Canada for 37 years and am a university retired (UNB). There was nothing can make me" don't understand" your simple questions. We treat every guest, no matter where they come from, with equality, warmth and friendliness. I am also very grateful for their kind feedback. However, it is still difficult to tolerate the dishonest behavior of a few.

It's so unreal. This is a crime! When you check in, we opened the door to your reserved room and show you a beautiful queen room with a new bathroom. and living room, fully equipped kitchen. you were happy. Everything is solid. Nothing is broken. The truth is not wanting to pay. After being rejected, write a bad review.
