"Location is wonderful, great beach access and having the Island Vibe restaurant on location was so nice. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. Our biggest issue was with the air conditioner in our room. It leaked continuously on the carpet. It was soaking wet, smelled awful everytime we came into the room. It has obviously been an ongoing issue as there is a large stain there. I did let the host know, but nothing was really done. I’m not sure why the water line for the AC isn’t...

"The location is fantastic for first time visitors. Everyone was pleasant and the view was amazing. The room was better than we ever expected. The two things that I didn’t like had nothing to do with The Whaler. One was ocean was so loud at night you couldn’t sleep with window open. That’s all mother nature at its purest. "Quiet and clean! Spent the week with my daughter and had such a wonderful vacation. Located on the west side of Maui, near so many sandy beaches and restaurants. Snorkeled at Black Rock beach and swam with the sea turtles and fish only found in Hawaii . The condo had a full kitchen that we used through-out the stay. We never ran out of things to do. There were sea turtles on the beach on the condo property. Spotted whales and dolphins off the coast from our balcony. We looked forward to...

"The room was clean. Had a nice size balcony. Staff was friendly. Property located on the beach. In our villa the shower stall with the half glass door was very messy. Drinking water is free but it requires an acquired taste. The pool was a bit on the small side."
