"Overall lovely hotel, food was great throughout and pools were so lovely and warm. Rooms were spacious and quiet, and shuttle to the beach was super helpful. Couple of improvements - the tiles around the pooo get super slippy, we saw several kids fall and almost tripped ourselves. The manager who was manning the ice cream parlour was particularly rude and unhelpful and really put a downer on our trip. "Fantastic, well equipped spacious apartments with massive balconies and animation team that is fantastic with the kids. The pools and splash park are great and the small soft play area is a welcome addition to the facilities too. Great location with a supermarket and lots of nice restaurants near by. There is also a large pedestrianised walkway down to the seafront which is super safe for the kids. Only grip is that the house keeping is a bit hit and miss with atleast one scheduled clean...

The sunbeds were super comfy, and the apartment itself was finished to a really high standard and equipped with absolutely everything we could have needed. Palmera Sea View

8/10 Good

"We have enjoyed relatively good stay. What were disadvantages - address is not written in full in property description. If you are not lucky as we was and get a taxi from airport (the driver was in his late 60s, to early 70s, so expected to be familiar with the area, or at least knows how to use his phone for directions) but he was none of this. The driver kept giving voice instruction to his mobile with name of the street and Mogan, so we got on the way to Mogan, and had to go around and around, the driver was asking his colleagues how to get to Palmera and finally the third one gave him right instructions. We did try to help, but unfortunately the driver did not speak and did not understand English, so we ended up paying more money for taxi. If the hotel management will read this message, please do add to address Patalavaca, before Mogan. Second disadvantage was the hot water, it is 25l boiler, and if you are more than 2 you should wait at least 20 min after one taking shower to be able to rely on hot water. Staying at deluxe flat with pool access could be both - advantage and disadvantage, depends on what type of neighbours you will get - some can be very noisy, sitting on the pool stairs just in front of the living area door, swimming and playing in the pool after 8PM."
