"Booked this hotel as a little getaway for me and my partner for a few nights. We only even usually go to a place once and then go somewhere else the following year. We’ve already decided to re book for next year. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The view from our terrace was absolutely stunning. The hotel was always clean and tidy. The pool area was so quiet and relaxing. The walk into town wasn’t even as bad as I first thought. Getting back up the hill to the hotel was a bit difficult so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues but of course that’s not the hotels fault. Our room was exactly like photos and had everything we needed including plates, pans and cutlery. Genuinely have nothing negative to say. Amazing hotel , definitely recommend."

"Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel. Los cuartos limpios todos los días excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente debería ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. Tuve ir en un taxi hacia Puerto Rico Mall para poder cambiar."

"Room was clean, and check-in instructions were clear and accurate. Only issue I had was towards the end of the stay, there was someone checking into the room next door and when in the bedroom trying to sleep, you could hear everything and was woken up a few times by this. It was very loud when the room was turning lights on etc and could even hear the conversation they were having. Room had everything we needed(and more) and the balcony was great and had plenty of space"
