Location is lovely Room is tiny and there is barely anywhere to put the luggage - hotel recommended to put it in the drawer under the bed, but that’s quite a bit of work if your luggage is heavy and of bigger size. "This is a hidden gem / 'Speakeasy'. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff & owners were gracious and accommodating. The cocktail bar was unique and inviting. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and the WiFi was strong. The area is easy to get to from the metro or central train station - very walkable. "Beautiful historic hotel. Excellent location. Great concierge and front staff and doormen. Our room was a bit dated and lacked enough space and storage to be comfortable; the room could be reimagined. The room light controls were clunky and the entertainment system could use an upgrade. Restaurant and bar service were not always consistently excellent. For the price point, my expectations were a bit higher."
