"We booked the room on the top floor with a large balcony. It had no view but it was lovely to sit outside. The building from the outside is attractive. The room could do with some maintenance but it was functional. The room was cleaned every day if you needed and the lady was always helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel since it is located in a very busy area with lots of restaurants and shops and close to the ferry."

The location is ideal—just a short walk from the tram station, making it incredibly easy to explore Istanbul’s main attractions. The entire reception team was amazing, but we want to give a special mention to Eyup. His service was absolutely phenomenal, and he went completely above and beyond for us. By the end of our stay, the whole team felt like family, and they made us feel like a part of theirs. We stayed in a top-floor air conditioned apartment with very good accommodation and incredibly comfortable beds. The rooms were reasonably clean for the local standard, though the hotel itself felt a little undermaintained in places. If you want a comfortable stay with world-class hospitality, this is the place. We would love to return in a heartbeat just to see our new family again!"
