"El hotel esta muy limpio y moderno. La habitacion y baño comodo y con todos los servicioa al 100. A pesar de estar en una calle transitada, no se escucha nada. La habitacion muy amplia y comoda. La limpieza del baño me llamo la atencion, parevia nuevo. La atencion en recepcion fue muy amable. El que tenga estacionamiento dentro del hotel es una ventaja porque esta en zona complicada de hacerlo en la calle."

"Great location, just a short walk away from Japan town with plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel was beautiful, quiet and inviting. They offer breakfast in the morning and tea and Sherry in the afternoon which was lovely. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. "

"This is my go-to hotel when I need to stay downtown or near SOMA. I’ve been coming here since the days when it was The Line (before Hilton took over). The rooms are great, love the toiletries, and the shower has excellent pressure and quick, consistent temperature control. The bed is comfortable, and the AC keeps the room perfectly cool. Staff are consistently great, quick, professional, and genuinely nice people. Cons: as others have mentioned, the area can feel like a scene out of The Walking...

"It was a great stay, amazing city view! Bed was super comfy, I rested so well! I loved that the hotel has a garage that is monitored. That made me feel safe as a female solo traveler. The hotel recycles which is a plus, offers bath robes. The room is large and remodeled. Great stay. However there is no fridge in the room, the only minus I could find. "
