"The room was old carpet dirty with stains and had some stuff on around the wall parts k one missing on dressers outside patio furniture was dirty with stains only space was decent was the bathroom "

"Staff did not come by to clean room, give fresh towels and floors were super dirty. The outdoors pool was not cleaned and also was very cold until the last day of the stay when the staff finally turned on the heater. There was piles of sand in the bottom of the pool that were not vacuumed out. The showers for the pool did not work and had to use a hose. Hotel states it was a non-smoke environment however, could see and smell people smoke cigarettes and weed at all times of the day and night throughout the stay. Staff was rude when asking for new towels and new trash bags. Had to purchase our own trash bags to put trash in. "

"The property was great lots of things to do and the beach was beautiful. A great place for families lots to do with children. The bad side was the room it was nothing like the pictures online. The door in the bathroom was broken and I couldn’t get out on the first day , the drawers in the chest wouldn’t shut and the key box had all kinds of paint and other stuff on it (it was nasty looking). It was an okay I’ll not go back because of the room."

"Was charged for parking and didn’t get parking. Evening staff refused to help but put us on hold and hung up on us. Hot water didn’t work in kitchen. Tv wouldn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t work. We left early. Rented two rooms and had a baby with us and the floor was so dirty we couldn’t set him down. Could see under the door to outside and the back door to balcony wouldn’t lock or shut all the way. Highly unsatisfied. And still waiting on the money back for leaving early. Whole experience was horrible "

"Would have beenbetter if they fixed my shower. Went to front desk twice about it and it never was fixed. Thw water didn't spray just kind of trickled out. Made washing my hair impossible. Also the light by the bed stroked when turned on. Very dark in the room without curtains open. Made getting dressed hard. Also the check in process and the two other times I went to the front desk about the shower were very long processes, around 15 minutes. I also got locked out of my room when I was leaving, it was around 935 and I brought my bags to my car and went back for my dog and my card no longer worked. I then had to walk back to the front desk to get help getting in my room."

"Beautiful views...can't beat it! Sparse kitchen. Carpets could be cleaner. Be prepared to bring dish soap, paper towels, and dishwasher soap because none is provided. Pools are cleaned everyday. Wonderful relaxing views. Be warned and know beach flags warnings and how to treat an undertow !"
