We had everything we needed and the front desk clerk was so helpful! She even helped me in the laundry room! Only item that needed attention was the bathroom needed updating. Otherwise, we had a nice stay!

It was a comfortable stay..The entire place was clean and quiet.It is centrally located The only discrepancy I observed was that the bathroom door in my room did not secure properly.It seems that the door needs adjusting.

We had roaches in our room then we were cleaning up after ourselves and we were putting trash and laundry on the outside the door so that way the maid could come by and pick it up for us trying to help her out through our stay there are several times that they did not come by and pick up our trash or laundry. We had stayed a week there.

Researched before booking and even called the property to ask if the pool was heated. I was told it was heated. Upon arrival the pool was not heated at all. In fact, it was ice cold. Disappointing considering we booked this over a couple of other lesser expensive options for the heated pool.

Don’t stay here

During my 3 night 4 the day stay. Housekeeper was never done although I was told that they do housekeeping every two days. breakfast was horrible for the amount of money paid. Everything was prepackaged. The pool was not cleaned at all during my stay. Garbage cans we’re running over. Jay at the 1st desk was rude as hell….with his sweet self.

Hotels.com and Marriott not in sync

Horrible. Check in did not show I had two rooms. Finally figured it out as the local system had two different reservations while hotels .com where I booked was one reservation for two rooms. System ran multiple pending for incidentals. The rooms were prepaid through hotels.com but one room was showing prepaid the other was being charged pending against my credit card. After no resolution at chec In and later that night I was asked to see the manager the next day. The next day after much discussion and a call by the manager to hotels.com I was assured there would be no charges to my card as the charges were in fact prepaid I will monitor my CC to be sure and I will never use hotels.com again.

The perfect choice

We needed to head to the area pretty last minute for a couple days. I like researching hotels for a bit before I go somewhere but didn’t have the opportunity this time. Thankfully we made a great decision by choosing to stay here! The outside of the hotel was charming and the inside gave indications that the hotel was either new or just renovated. Either way we were super pleased with the condition of the hotel and the room. The room was super spacious with a full kitchenette! If we came back to the area again we would hands down choose to stay here.

Hotel was really clean. TV was just too small, it was too low for everyone to see well. It should be anchor to the wall not on a small dresser. Kitchen was the best.

Other than breakfast was great

The place was very nice,bed was very comfortable. The reason we picked this place though was for breakfast and it was not a good choice,the sausage didnt look done,the eggs looked horrible,not much of a choice for kids.it was a nice place,would recommended but get breakfast at mcds.. and the people in the next room their dog barked all the time.

I really don’t have anything bad to say about our stay the only issue was the toilet was really low and my husband has hip and knee problems it was very hard for him to use and the bed was super hard for me and I travel with an egg crate to put on top of the mattress it didn’t help and for future reference let the guest know that housekeeping doesn’t clean your room every day
