"Avenida Liberdade is the main shopping area in Lisbon, and the 138 is in the heart of it. Everything about the hotel was perfect for us: front desk, the rest of the staff, the restaurant and the parking (since we were renting a car to drive to Barcelona). The room and the restaurant were great. "
