"DO NOT book this hotel if you are the least bit disabled! Ubers and taxis cannot get to the front door. It is two blocks up a 60 degree angled street. No amenities like an ice machine or bottled water. That being said, the staff is wonderful. Rooms are clean. Near a beautiful area but you will struggle at the end of the day getting to the hotel. "

"Everything is good except the elevator usage is for transporting luggage only. We stayed on the 3rd floor, during checkout we ask a service staff outside our room that we needed the elevator for the luggage, she told us it's out-of-service. So we carried our luggage down the stairs. At the front desk we informed the staff that the elevator is not working, and was told it's working. So it was a bit confusing about the condition of the elevator."

"Fantastic location on Rossio sq. Train station, metro, easy taxi pick up set down. Reception helpful. Rooms functional, clean, free sockets, TV, wi fi very good and strong security. Bathroom very nice. Shower lovely (rain forest and moveable modes). Bar and restaurant very nice and with food discounts go or guests. Fish/sushi orientation. Some outside tables on pedestrianised street. Breakfast wonderful. Buffet and fresh cooked available. Couple of points. There is no guest lounge. Also as a historical building remodel, there are additional stairs for some rooms after the lift (6 treads). I would stay again if visiting Lisbon."
