"1. The breakfast was bland and boring, with clumpy scrambled eggs everyday that tasted artificial. Often there weren’t enough bowls and plates. 2. There are only two elevators- hence long wait times. To make things worse one went out of service and was not fixed for days! 3. The location was terrific, close to Sparks Street, parliament buildings and downtown."

No one offered anything Won’t be rushing back next time I’m in town Also if you bring a car the parking lot only takes cars that are 5’9 and lower. Not end of the world but kind of an awkward underground parking lot"

"I recently stayed at Hilton Lac-Leamy for two nights with friends and would rate the experience 4 stars. The hotel itself is beautiful. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are stunning, the property is well maintained, and the valet staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. "The staffer actually pretty good very kind. It is difficult to reach all places if you need assistance as I do. The hotel is a little bit in need of renovation and they say they're going to be doing it soon."

"the hotel was conveniently located however the restaurant was super slow and not equipped to serve a full dining room took two hours for dinner … Parking is scarce not enough spots for the amount of rooms and if you leave you could come back to a full lot and no place to park"
