I did find a bug crawling on the floor. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. The lobby was clean and decor was nice. The restaurant and staff were amazing. The location of the hotel is not in the best area. There are lots drug use and homeless around the area which can be frightening if walking alone.
