"Everything was perfect except for my suspicion of a prior guest’s stay with animal. Although, the room appeared very clean, those of us allergic to dogs know without actually knowing. My allergy symptoms began to rage within two hours. My wish is that hotels dedicate an entire floor for guests who travel with their furry companions, considering that a large population of individuals are allergic to dogs and/or cats. "

"Although I read the reviews, I was still concerned what the hotel would be like being it’s right near the airport. I was pleasantly surprised upon walking into the clean, polished, welcoming lobby. The staff at the desk was helpful and welcoming. Our room was on the first floor facing the pool. It was clean and comfortable. "I enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a great location. Getting to and from the airport is a snap because of the free shuttle. The blue line train stop is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Rosemont Village is a few blocks away. My room was comfortable. I had dinner every night in the Red Bar and the food was much better than I expecred. Overall, a great experience. "

"This hotel is about 45mins to one hour away from downtown Chicago by public transport but the transport links are very good. 15 mins walk to the CTA trains straight into Chicago. Taxi was about 25 mins if you don’t want to use the train. Hotel room was so big! So well serviced by the room staff. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Walls were a bit thin so you could hear the next door guests but the hotel really had so much charm we didn’t mind. "
