"Check in took a bit longer than expected which seemed to be due to staffing issues. The room was clean and ready for us upon check in. The parking available through the hotel and also the long-term airport parking were a bit confusing for our stay and we left for our trip still unsure of if we were in the correct parking area. Overall we would stay again and would like to use the pool next time!"

"I booked three rooms at this hotel. They were all suites. They were all very clean. The hotel was quiet and a very good area where there was plenty of restaurant options and we thoroughly enjoyed it."

"I was overall happy with this hotel. They are undergoing construction right now and we were the room at the end of the block, meaning we were woken up by building sounds and drilling around 7am each morning. Without this, the hotel would have been really great. I wished the breakfast restaurant had an a la cart option, vs the flat $25 buffet, because I don't eat that much for breakfast, especially before a trade show. "

"The rooms are infested with ants in the bathrooms and some in the front of the hotel. No microwaves and they dont have a phone number thay works so you can call the front desk. Thats not professional at all. I recommend only staying here if you have no choice. They went inside my room before checkout just because they didn't see me. Not professional at all. "Property has a shuttle to and from hotel, which is great. Location is close to airport, just across convention center. Front desk did not want to accommodate early check in, which was very inconvenient."
