"Very nice room, lovely hotel and breakfast was brilliant. Concierge very helpful and on site bar was great.
What really stood out though was the lead / head receptionist. Following a family bereavement meaning I had to fly back to the UK, her compassion and assistance was amazing in the most challenging of times. "
