"Communal bathroom door doesn’t close (got walked in on while using toilet), faucet handle fell off, mildew in air conditioner, ants crawling on me in bed, tv didn’t work, wasn’t offered a key to bedroom door and guy couldn’t find one for 10 minutes. "It’s a great hotel and I stay here multiple times for New York.
The breakfast is great and has a giant seating area.
The parking area is huge and the lobby is clean and well kept up.
They have a complementary tea/coffee station at all times which is great!
The only thing I dislike is pool closing early. "
