There was no response from property management, Joivy on all my emails. No wifi info provided, stagnant and smelly water on dishwasher, noisy neighborhood, hot water always intermittently shut off, locked stove for use (conduction). Very disappointed, nobody cleaned, as per booking, we could request for cleaning and refresh beddings for a 5 night stay. I would not recommend this place. Good size of a flat but very poor service.

We really enjoyed the location — it was fantastic being within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. It made exploring the area very convenient and enjoyable. That said, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. The air conditioning was not working properly — we set it to 15°C, but the room did not cool down. One side of the bedroom curtain was falling off, and the patio door from the bedroom could not be opened due to a loose hinge. Additionally, the nightstands and counters had noticeable dust, which suggested the space could use a more thorough cleaning. With a bit more attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this could be a truly wonderful place to stay. At this time, I wouldn’t choose to return unless these concerns are addressed, but I hope the owners will consider these suggestions to improve the experience for future guests.
