Nice flat, beyond incompetent management

The flat is nice and in a good location, unfortunately the staff are deceitful and unwilling. I booked a this place based on location and aircon noted in the description, and for 3 days we were promised a remote for it. Each day I chased with phone calls, and after several missed calls on the third day we were informed that the aircon was not even hooked up - it was a lie from the beginning. Our calls were ignored and both of us are severely allergic to mosquitoes, resulting in the stay being very uncomfortable. We were denied any refund, compensation, or even a simple fan. We faced routinely ignored calls/messages. We decided to leave a day early to another place when we realised that the management were a joke, only pretending to be looking for a solution. In fairness to Hotels.com they chased the hotel as well and handled the situation excellently for us, it was the stubbornness of the management that made this unnecessarily difficult. I have never dealt with such shoddy management out of all of the hotels I've stayed in. I suspect if the roof caved in during the stay, their response would still have been "looking for a fix" If I could give them 0 stars, I would still try to give them less.

Power outage, cold showers, smelly toilet

Informed the owner the time of our arrival but waited about 15-20 minutes for the owner to get there. When we entered the room, there was a semi-wet bed sheet hanging down from the closet and no towels were provided. The owner later brought us 2 towels. Breakfast was included in the price, but not provided. First night the power was out, and we had to go down to the basement to reset the main power switch. Second night, there was no hot water and we texted the owner and waited for hours but there was no reply and we ended up taking cold showers. The owner is not responsive at all. Worth mentioning it is located in central of Chinatown where restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. Expedia 旅客真實評價

Det var väldigt kallt i lägenheten, tillkom kostnader som Hotels inte hade informerat om och det ingick inte frukost som det stod i bokningen. Läget var dock bra då man hade gångavstånd till Metro och till centrum.

L'appartamento di Alessia è delizioso, luminoso e arredato con gusto. È molto pulito e confortevole, dotato di tutto ciò che serve per farvi sentire come a casa. La zona è vivace e simpatica, con negozi, bar e locali di ogni tipo. È facile raggiungere il centro a piedi o in tram. La stazione metropolitana Moscova si trova a 10 minuti.

Very nice and brand new flat

We had a very nice stay. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was included in the price, but there was no breakfast. We texted the staff, and they brought breakfast to us, unfornatly very late in the evening. But the breakfast was good. The room was big, brand new and very clean. It had a nice view over the city. It's located very central in chinatown.

Fin lejlighed i China Town med enkelte mangler.

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold. Lejligheden var flot og ren, og lå ganske fint i China Town (og ikke det mindste problem med at checke ind, hvilket var dejligt!). Dog var der ingen morgenmad, som købet ellers inkluderede, ligesom vi manglede et strygebræt og håndsæbe i lejligheden.
