"Love this hotel just at the bottom and in between 2 amazing German castles. Clean and comfortable rooms, best breakfast in Europe. Spa is relaxing too. Parking available for a cost. The dinner restaurant is not my favorite tho, too fancy. I prefer more simple or traditional dishes. This is my second stay at this hotel and would def recommend "

The location can't be beat. It's within a short walk of old town and the parking garage made it so easy for us to come and go and explore the area. "We cannot say enough good about this hotel. The staff were all so wonderful! Very pleasant and so accommodating. The room was beautiful. We had an incredible view overlooking the river and old town area. The old town was a couple minute walk. So was the gondola. We would stay here again anytime and highly recommend it for anyone staying in Innsbruck. "
