The beds were very comfortable. They were by far the most comfortable beds we had in our 2 week trip throughout Europe. It was clean, quiet and in a great location. There are a lot of places to eat and shop at within walking distance. The breakfast was fantastic. They had a lot of options. It’s a great place to stay.

Nice hotel and room is clean and quiet. The staff was helpful. The hotel is two bus stops from the train station and multiple buses nearby to go to the old town. There is a huge super market a few mins away from the hotel.

Very clean room and well laid out with a spectacular view. One server at the bar and one front desk were particularly helpful but all staff were pleasant and respectful. Problem with the safe not functioning was fixed within 24 hours.

The Hotel is great but far from town. Maybe not in Summer it would be better but during winter, it is not a great walk to anywhere. If you have a car, this is the place. Breakfast is good, place is clean and spacious

Location is good, with bus stops nearby for getting around Innsbruck and surrounding areas. Room was good and comfortable however there seems to be an issue with flies in the area. The first room we were offered was infested with them, and we changed to an alternative and i did notice after a few days numerous flies on the outside of one of the windows, which meant we couldn't open in. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast, which at Eur 20 was the worst value for money. The quality and variety on offer was poor.

Excellent check in experience the assistant FO manager was superb . Gave us bus passes for our stay plus ideas on what to do . Negatives , housekeeping quality was horrid next day , sheet just dumped on bed , glasses and cups not cleaned , floor not swept / vacuumed . Reached back early evening on Sunday . Resteraunt was closed . Could not use foodora as cannot verify an international number . Receptionist asked to to keep trying instead of ordering for us and taking money .
