First of all, we were welcomed by friendly staff. The room was clean, and the sauna was great. We even wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the price had already doubled.

The staff were absolutely amazing — truly the best experience! Special shoutout to Ana Regina and Aucki (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names!) for going above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, especially with our kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as advertised — everything exceeded our expectations both inside and out. From the family-friendly atmosphere to the comfortable, clean room, every detail was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

Der Aufzug war kaputt und unser Zimmer war im 3. OG… Außerdem war der Poolbereich nicht zum entspannen da, weil manche Gäste das als Partybereich empfunden haben (Musikbox mitgebracht, Apres ski gefeiert IM POOL). Auf Aufforderung nicht aufgehört. Außerdem waren nach 18 Uhr noch Kinder im Pool was laut Angaben eigentlich nicht erlaubt ist. Da sollte das Personal drauf aufpassen. Die Parkgebühren waren sehr hoch und es gab keine Bademäntel für den Spa. Super war die Aussicht, tierfreundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, nettes Personal und late check-out.

Das Zimmer war überhaupt nicht sauber, verostetes Stahletagenbett, riesengroße Staubflusen vorallem in den Treppenhäusern und Zimmer. Haare von den Vorgängern in der Dusche. Das Personal hat während unseren Aufenthalt fast kein Deutsch oder nur ungarisch geredet. Es wurde während unserem 5 tägigen Aufenthalt nicht einmal das Zimmer gereinigt. Im Laufe der Woche musste ich mich selbst um neues Toilettenpapier kümmern (war vom Vorgänger fast aufgebraucht). Es gab keine großen Handtücher und keine Bademänte. Deshalb musste man in Badekleidung durch das kalte Hotel laufen. Eine Möglichkeit zum Umziehen beim Pool gab es ebenfalls nicht. Das Essen war leider ebenfalls absolut unbefredigend. Haben Halbpension gebucht, teilweise wurden nicht alle Speisen angeboten die auf der Abendkarte angepriesen wurden. Auf Nachfrage konnte mir leider niemand in der Küche helfen, da die eine Person die in der Küche stand kein Deutsch sprechen konnte. Einen einzigen Abend gab es ein Kinderbuffet mit Fischstäbchen und Chicken Nuggets, die anderen Abende leider nicht. Obwohl damit geworden wurde. Zwei Abende mussten wir mit den Kindern auswärts essen, da die Speißeauswahl nicht kindgerecht war. Zudem kam noch dazu das während der Essens der Chef mit seinen beiden Hunden jeden Tag mitten durchs Buffet lief. Kinderspielmöglichkeiten an sich eine sehr gute Idee aber : Tischtennisplatte kaputt, Billiardkö kaputt, Brettspiele teils kaputt und unvollständig. Kino defekt usw. Absolut nicht empfehlenswer

La chambre était correcte mais pour le nettoyage il y a beaucoup de progrès à faire. La douche n'était absolument pas nettoyée. Il y avait des traces jaunes au sol ainsi que de nombreux cheveux et des pills.... Ça laisse à désirer idem pour les couverts au buffet du petit déjeuner qui avaient plein de traces..

Für uns keine 4-Sterne. Zimmer kühl, nicht richtig sauber. Haare, Staub, riechendes WC. Liegt wahrscheinlich an der Zimmerreinigung, die man anmelden muss, da sonst nicht geputzt wird. Also nicht täglich putzen ist völlig ok, auch für die Umwelt. Aber das WC roch, als wäre es Wochen nicht ordentlich geputzt. Bedonders negativ war das gebuchte Essen. Überall an den Tischen wurde getuschelt. Hier waren viele nicht zufrieden. Fertigrührei, Schnitzel aus der TK, Sahnesoße als Geschmacksträger, alles lauwarm. Unliebevoll und Abfertigung. Ich kann mir die guten Bewertungen nicht erklären. Es wirkt schmuddelig, kaum Personal, vielleicht gabs hier einen Wechsel? Oder kein Personal? Einzig der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr kompetent und super freundlich sowie der herrliche Bergblick. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in den Bergen. Die Natur ist wunderschön

Das Zimmer war sehr einfach und lieblos eingerichtet, für den Preis jedoch in Ordnung. In der Sauna gab es keine Gläser um was zu trinken, das ist ein no go!! Jeder hatte nur ein Handtuch, das ist in der Sauna nicht wirklich praktisch und für den Spint hat mein einen Euro gebraucht ... Wer in aller Welt nimmt Geld vom Hotelzimmer mit in die Sauna?!? Also eines an Verbesserung nötig! Das Personal war nett, vor allem Norbert am Check in. Beim Abendessen war das etwas anders. Als wir zum Essen kamen, waren alle Tische vollgestellt mit Geschirr der Gäste, die bereits gegessen hatten. Wo setzt man sich da hin? Überall dreckiges Geschirr, Essensreste und dreckige Tische. Das Buffet war echt leer aber der Koch hat und auf Nachfrage nochmal einiges aufgefüllt, danke dafür! Leider haben uns die Speisen geschmacklich nicht abgeholt, weder beim Abendessen noch beim Frühstück. Dass das Parken am Hotel, in dem man übernachtet, nochmal 10 € kostet, ist völlig daneben finde ich! Es war für eine Nacht und den Preis okay, wir würden aber auf keinen Fall nochmal kommen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse. Unser Zimmer war für einen Kurztrip in die Berge ausreichend. Besucherzahl am Pool wurde begrenzt, deshalb hat man nicht immer Zutritt, da der Pool oft bereits belegt ist. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und die Qualität der Speisen und Getränke war wirklich super. Und trotz Hygienemaßnahmen (Handschuh- und Maskenpflicht) im Buffet-Bereich sehr gut organisiert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Nytt og moderne hotell med gode fasiliteter!

Hadde én overnatting her med venner. Hotellet er tilrettelagt for tur- og skiturister og bærer preg av dette. Stort og nytt med fine rom. Vi bodde på firemannsrom. Køyesengen hadde litt vel tynne madrasser og er nok beregnet på barn. Ellers fint. Litt merkelig inndeling av rommet, ettersom badet ikke er et eget rom, men i stedet befinner seg fordelt i rommet. Ellers hyggelig lobby, god frokost og fint nærområde med spisemuligheter. Grei pris også (utenfor sesong). Ville booket her igjen!
