"We were pleasantly impressed with our room and the hotel in general. Normally these grand hotels are run down and a bit shabby, but this was great! Plus we had a spa which I didn't realize I'd booked and that really made my trip memorable. The little extra touches were wonderful, like a travel toothbrush and razor. Very good, would definitely stay again."

"The rooms are a bit dated, as are the buildings but best place to stay to visit Cradle Mountain with kids. Loved it all! We saw platypus and wombats right outside our room. The restaurant was fabulous and all the staff were very helpful."
