"Overall the experience was fine and the hotel is in a convenient location. Aesthetically speaking, our room needed a little attention... Peeling wallpaper, shower grout was moldy/discolored, and the carpet was stained. Additionally, the bed sheets had holes and small stains, but they were clean. "

"Room was quite adequate for our needs as a family of three adults. I do wish hotels would notice when we book for three and have the extra bedding for the sofa bed ready. We frequently have to ask for it, as we did here. The sofa bed was fine for our young adult daughter, but as a sofa it was kind of uncomfortable - took up a lot of space in the sofa position and was very hard, and so deep that one's back was not supported well. It's lovely to have kitchen facilities in the room. Our personal preference would be to have a much smaller fridge and more closet space, but having a freezer is great! Traveling with ice packs in a cooler we appreciate that. Hot water seemed to get dangerously hot at the extreme end - but the shower was great! "

"Terrible, rude service from staff, after asking for things that were missing or not working in the room (telephone not working, suitcase stand missing). Never fixing anything or bringing what's missing, hanging up the phone in your face (called from my cell because phone in room not working)"

"The breakfast was expansive and one of the best breakfast buffets I've had at a hotel. Our room was very nice, but the door didn't close to the bathroom. Not the hotels fault, but was woken up at 6:30 Saturday morning to the people next to us having a full blown fight. The parking garage smelled of weed every time we were in it."
