"The hotel is undergoing a major refurbashing so two of the floors were completely under construction, so to speak. We had a newly renovated room. Positives include free parking and a nice breakfast. The room we had was also of a good size, with a nice couch, and a small separate area with a microwave, simple coffee maker, and a nice sink with water. "Check in was a nightmare. No keys left. After a 12 hour travel with children this was made worse. After nearly 2 hours got into apt, no bedding for 2nd bed. Promised would arrive after contacting at 6pm. At 4am no bedding and eventually said wouldn't be arriving. Trying to sleep with no bedding wasn't good. Would not compensate for this. Then washing machine wouldn't work so on last night when tried to do a couple of loads before moving on was not possible and not able to remedy due to time....
