"The room was clean when we arrived. Staff at desk was pleasant at check-in. Other than that, they didn’t acknowledge you coming or going. Our room was not cleaned in the 3 days we were there. We always reuse towels so that wasn’t an issue, but our trash can could have been emptied. Our stay was okay. Quiet area and it was close to a variety of restaurants."

"Convenient location, above average breakfast, quiet rooms, helpful staff. On the other hand when we checked into our room, we found one of the faucets in the bathroom had a steady leak that rapidly started collecting a pool of water in the floor. The reception staff immediately switched us to a different room."

"The room was nice and clean when I arrived. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was a little pricey. Adding bacon or any thing else that wasn’t on the breakfast bar was an extra charge. They were not clear about validating the parking ticket before you leave to go in and out."

"Great location, helpful & friendly staff, good breakfast & very good on-site restaurants plus many nearby dining options (of course the hotel is right near the university & it's right by Harvard Square & all of the dining & shopping to be found right there. Though the hotel was completely full (it was Harvard's reunion weekend) the hotel never felt crowded & service remained excellent. My only suggestion/request is re: the room's bedside lighting. The room had two queen-sized beds but only one...

"It was quaint and comfortably within expectations for a bed and breakfast in a former residential structure. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant, surprising blend of availability and regional approach to those offerings. We'd stay there again."

"The unit smelled like cigarette smoke and was not well appointed at all. The property address given was not the one where I was to stay. Instead I had to walk to a building two blocks away which was not as nice. The neighborhood felt dicey to me."
