"Hotel.staff was friendly and was a great place to stay when visiting Salem or Boston. Just minutes from the Orange line which will take you to Boston, and the commuter train is litterally just blocks away. Very comfortable atmosphere, and beautiful scenery, overlooking the lake. The restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday, food is generally what you would get at a pub, but great quality and really good service."

The hotel needs updating and mostly we found that most of the things in the hotel either weren't working or written adequate and not cleaned well. The staff were unaccommodating and did cost us time and money "
