"Beautiful hotel and room. The view is lacking (literally looks over the highway). The area around the hotel didn't seem to have much (I saw a convenience store up the road). The on-site restaurant had great food and decent service (they had a private event the night I was there but still accomodated me at the bar which was nice). Breakfast at the Tavern area was just $18 for a buffet bar (eggs, bacon, sausage, breads + make your own waffles). The waittresses were very attentive. I wish it was...

"The building is nice but it's not being maintained too well. Housekeeping is every two days but there is no sign telling you this. The revlolving door in front gets stuck, the products were not full, the towels and sheets are a bit ragged (some faint stains on towel and sheet had threads coming loose) and the housekeeper left some hair behind in the bathroom. Overall, hotel is still nice and clean and smells good, but management should take better care for higher quality."

"The hotel is just a bit over a mile (walking distance) from Harvard Square, MIT. Also, there are two supermarkets, shops, and other restaurants right around the block."

"Hospitality when someone arrived with lots og luggage in a cold weather/raining. No one there to assist atleast to open the door. I booked a room on 15 and 16 march and thein on 22 march 2024 which included breafast but was charged separately"

"I was scared for the reviews, but my time there was nice. Room clean and confortable. The staff that received me was friendly, but the guy that work at night it's nasty, unfriendly, dry and unhelpful. Never it's in the counter and he is mad if you need support with anything. just for that reason I put 3 starts for the staff. The rest excellent, I will definitely stay again there. "
