"Room and property were immaculate Having the casino there was added fun on days not wanting to go out on the town. Restaurants were great as dar as food quality and staffing. All in all a wonderful experience!"

"The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. However, my experience overall was disappointing. The bathroom shower/glass area was very dirty and stained, and the mattress was uneven, extremely soft, and uncomfortable. I slept very poorly because of it. What bothered me the most was the checkout situation. Our checkout time was supposed to be at 12 PM, but around 11 AM they were already knocking and calling my friend’s room because the hotel had somehow checked her out at 8 AM...

"I told the front desk I would like extended check out and was told I had till 12. At 9:30 someone opened my door while I was about to take a shower. Thank god my boyfriend had the door lock on!!!! Felt extremely unsafe. How would you feel if some strangler just walks into your room. Even if it was housekeeping you can’t just do that. They did not knock or anything.Then around 11:00am we get a knock from housekeeping even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door and was told we had till 12...

"Staffs are very friendly, always willing to help and accommodate! The beds are SUPER COMFORTABLE!!!!!!"

"This is a really great place to visit, I was under the impression that there was a hot tub but I think they did away with it. The pool is very nice and the Breakfast was unbelievable, talk about a world class breakfast. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff we're very nice and friendly. I will definitely come back to stay at the Embassy Suites Waltham again."

"There were issues with the cleanliness of the first room. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even when there were no smoking signs everywhere. The second room was cleaner but there were still stains on the towels. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was a waffle maker and storebought muffins with cereal and coffee. They also charge for parking. Has potential to be a charming place, but need some work and a thorough cleaning. I probably will not be returning."
