"El hotel es muy grande y necesita un mantenimiento. Me extrañó un poco porque no es la primera vez que voy y siempre había estado en buenas condiciones. Faltaba pintura, los muebles del lobby le faltaba atención y el lobby le está quedando pequeño para la cantidad de gente que se acumula en horas de check Inn/check Out. Me pusieron en una habitación cerca del parque de agua, y la bachata no me dejaba descansar en las tardes. Sin embargo, debo reconocer que luego de mi queja, el personal de servicio al cliente se acercó a mí, ofreciéndome otro tipo de habitación de forma ágil, lo cual fue muy agradable. La calidad de la comida puede mejorar, no ha estado a la altura de los demás Dreams. La playa tenía mucho sargazo y le faltaba limpieza por los tractores para que al menos las personas caminaran en la arena. Soy asidua de visitar los hoteles de la cadena Dreams/Hyatt y en esta ocasión no puedo dar cinco estrellas, pues el hotel le falta atención especial por remodelación en algunas áreas."
