The hole was checked, it was not at all as you described. The bed was not wet. We only charge to leave luggage early on the day you check in, as was your case. In fact we only charged you for one set of luggage to hold early even though you had two rooms and two sets of luggage. Our space for luggage is very limited but we accommodated your needs. At check out we do not charge and we hold luggage free.

Cleaning must be requested. By either informing the staff or placing a sign on your door. As far as the noise, we cannot control what goes on outside or inside unless we are informed. We did not receive any complaints.

We do not offer breakfast we offer “complimentary” coffee and pastries. This should be “appreciated”. Our parking is also “ complimentary” we can request the keys since it’s our policy. You can park somewhere else, keep your keys, and pay. It’s “free” maybe you should “appreciate” the parking. You are not required to park at our property. We have a safe in the reception for any guests who need one. All rooms have deadbolts. Next time communicate with the staff they are here to help.

You stayed 3 days and not one complaint. We do not have fruit flies in the room or any bugs for that matter. We have cameras and can see who enters rooms. I’m not sure what Hotel you have reviewed but it is not our Hotel. Sounds like you have it confused with another Hotel you stayed at.

Thank you. We are very professional. We do ask who enters the Hotel when they are not familiar to us because we are a family run Hotel and know all of the guests. You were not known to us. Many people walk into the Hotel and do not stay at the Hotel. It is for everyone’s security. The reason for the room you got that was not requested is because despite your reservation being canceled We decided to accommodated you anyway when you arrived. You should be grateful. In the future please make sure you provide a valid credit card to secure your room.
