"The property was a little dated but still cute. They charge a resort fee for things like the pool and beach towels that other hotels typically include. There's no hotel parking so be ready to pay for parking in a public lot. It seemed like all but one of the front desk staff was brand new. The tv wouldn't turn on in my room the whole time but I never called anybody to come fix it. Also it was stormy and cold in my room but the heater didn't work. I turned it on but my room kept getting colder. Again, I didn't call anybody to come fix it so they didn't know. Overall it's a coin toss on whether I would stay here again."

"The pool seating is okay make AC lots of noise bedding the sheets looks very old not too comfortable laying on the bedding sheets. Not a single bottle of water in the refrigerator arrived late night cannot take my medication. It little bit terrible. I was told my $ 150.00 will put on hold for 2 days after departed. "

"We loved our stay here, wonderful staff, gorgeous rooms and property, great neighborhood five minute walk from a perfect beach with chairs and a beach umbrella included. Expedia doesn’t note the resort fee when booking but it was a minimal amount. The hotel itself is super chill and pristine. Madison Felix is a very special place and we really hope to be back. "

"Everything was perfect. Access to the beach, wonderful walking/biking path, quiet, easy access to restaurants and shopping. The large pool is heated - how great is that? Clean rooms, friendly staff. This is the second time we visited and the hotel appears empty - very few guests. It's great for us but how do you stay in business?"
