Check in was a nightmare. They didn’t take the deposit, person on reception pretended to only speak Spanish, had to mess on through WhatsApp to get code. Door had been kicked in to the apartment, door bangs all the time with the wind. False advertising of NO SWIMMING POOL, pictures show swimming pool, argued every day via WhatsApp about no pool. Plaster coming of walls only painted over, door frames damaged, toaster in disgusting state, mini oven didn’t work, pictures hanging of wall, have reported apartment to Florida authorities, do a google search and report them. DO NOT STAY here as they try and get away with no pool saying just cause the pictures are there doesn’t mean it’s included. This is legally called Bait and Switch, and is illegal. Got compensation from front line Expedia then escalated to Expedia head office via email and got 50 percent of. Property should be banned from site. Owner is from Grisole apartments , messaging us at 1am arguing with us. Asked to be moved they refused. Found places elsewhere where you pay for a day pass for the pool. Grisole apartments/boutique apartments don’t care. Don’t even help me with my suitcase and I walk with a stick. Double charged me at check in, misleading how much extra is to be charged, as soon as I mentioned a chargeback, Expedia listened and issued a 50 percent credit.

The apartment was actually very nice. The views are spectacular (9th floor), and the balcony is spacious. The location is nice and quiet, and the interior is nice as well. There are some negative reviews about the shower pressure, but it wasn't as bad as people wrote... I think it could be better but it was okay. The front door lock and doorknob of the unit should be fixed for a smoother entry experience. I had to try the code too many times to get it to open. Overall, the price was very good for this stay. The apartment and views are beautiful.

It was the worst stay imaginable. Upon arrival, the room felt hot, and the old air conditioning unit wasn't cooling; the temperature was over 40°C (100°F). We contacted the relevant department, and they said they would send someone. We waited until 7:30 p.m. (having arrived at 3:00 p.m.), but after such a long wait, we went out to eat. When we returned at 9:00 p.m., the room was still hot—above 30°C (84°F)—even though it was night and the weather outside was cool. We called the person in charge again; they claimed someone had already checked it and reported that the unit was working, but that nothing could be done at that hour. We were told we had to spend the night as it was and see who could be sent to check it again the next day. We tried to cancel and request a refund, but were told no; they could only deal with the matter the following day, as there was nothing to be done at that moment. Consequently, we had to endure the heat; my children were uncomfortable and slept without clothes due to the intense heat. The next morning, we woke up hot again, and the apartment had no running water; we couldn't bathe or use the toilet. As a result, we left the apartment before completing our reservation and requested a refund.

Très décevant, pas d’isolation phonique porte fenêtre ouverte ou fermée vous entendez tout ce qui se passe dehors H24. PAS DE PISCINE elle est en éternelle restauration jamais en eau et défoncée !!! Nous qui cherchions un hôtel avec piscine … quelle déception !! Un filet d’eau dans la salle de bain très compliqué pour se laver et ne parlons pas de se laver les cheveux !!! Et en ce qui concerne la wifi … impossible d’avoir les codes durant tout notre séjour !!! Très décevant !! Je vous le déconseille.
