The hotel is perfect, with its multiple restaurant offerings, two pools, many other amenities and a staff so congenial and fun. We plan to return!"

"Only thing to consider is when you book with Expedia, Catalina charges a $36 resort fee per night in addition to a $100 deposit per booking, so keep that in consideration. All in all a good experience, Catalina's complimentary breakfast is great with both coffee and orange juice. "

"We caught a red eye into Miami and showed up at the hotel at 6am with hopes that our room was ready (we were prepared to pay the fees associated with an early check-in). But the person at the front desk was gracious enough to not only get us into our room but also waived the fee for us. We are utterly grateful b/c neither my wife or I had slept for about 24 hours."
