I booked this property for three nights, but I ended up leaving after one night. I should have known when I saw it informed me to check in via a machine... The rooms are small. The bathrooms are small and awkward, with the sink outside of the bathroom. Yes, they will refresh towels and trash daily, but actual room cleaning is only once every three days. And the elevators are absolutely atrocious. I had to wait 15-20 minutes just to get an elevator. It was a mistake to stay here, and I won't do it again.

We had a wonderful stay at Shilla Stay Seodaemun. The location was excellent! It was very convenient for getting around and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was just perfect for our family: clean, comfortable, and well-suited for our needs. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Clean room. Staff is nice. Close to everything and the subway line 2 and 3. However, for an expensive hotel, i would have loved to have real coffee in the room and not those teabags. The coffee in the room was not good. The carpet needs to be replaced.
