"The room and staff were amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the bar. The fine dining resturant was poor. Scant selection and the quality was average at best. Service was slow. We had a far superior meal off property for less cost. We would certainly stay again but would skip the food."

"The hotel is located in a good area - about 5 minute walk to Como Borghi train station (which you can arrive to from Milan) and close to a bus stop to get into Como town as well. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great - lots of choice, especially for vegetarians (pastries, yoghurt, fruit, eggs, cereal etc) The room was spacious and clean. We loved being able to use the pool on the rooftop and there are lovely views. It costs β¬2.50 for pool towels. A perfect base for relaxing and exploring Como too! Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Elena was very friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. One guest in our party was disappointed with the small TV in the room. The pool was nice. Overall a good stay. The only issue we experienced was that it was challenging to get taxis and Ubers, even with the hotel staff calling for us. Plan ahead and allow extra time for your journey due to cancelled or inaccessible rides."
