"Check in not clear. We arrived and rang the bell no answer and no mobile number given on the site we booked through but once we contacted the owner they got us sorted quickly and the room was great and the lovely lady who was cleaning was really helpful. Onsite parking which is excellent"

"Great hospitality! Our room was very clean and the staff was very courteous and accommodating! The hotel is located in a very quaint and safe neighborhood and only a ten minute walk to Paddington station and five minutes to the 94 bus. Highly recommended !!!!!"
