"Internet was generally reasonable. Beds firm but that was a good thing. Didn't try the breakfast as it seemed quite expensive for a continental option only. We were pre-warned about the lack of a lift to the second floor so that was fine. Slight confusion at check in as Expedia indicated 50% had already been paid but that didn't seem to be the case. Overall I would recommend the place if you need an affordable option in that area."

"The place is very convenient , tube, buses and coaches are easily accessed, only a minute away. Shops and cafe are just downstairs, The room is clean and tidy. However, the double bed is horrible, very very soft , we both got back pain after the first night and I whenever he moves , it wake me up. On the last night , we were both sleeping on the floor instead. "

"The room was not good. The smell of cleaning products and bleach was totally overpowering. The side of the wardrobe was peeling off. The blind was closed because the window looks out onto a wall and air conditioning unit. There were things left in the corridor that could have been hazards like a Henry hoover right outside our room. There was no parking available however I was clear that it is first come first served. "2nd time staying at this hotel due to its location to the Troubadour Theatre (less than a 5 min walk). Car park was full on arrival as it is only small so we parked in a nearby multi storey which was less than a 10 min walk away. We ate at the property and the food was good - Decent price too for Wembley but we found the drinks to be on the expensive side. There is a co-op about a 2 min walk away, I'd recommended going there for any bits you need. Staff were okay - no one went above and beyond,...
