"The location suited me and lots of cafes and shops nearby. The room was small'ish but bright, fresh and modern. Was not noisy at all for busy main road. Easy access. A short walk from Edgware Road Station. I'd re-book,. Great value."

"Staff were terrible"

"The room was clean and had enough space for the 3 of us. We were only staying two days.The bathroom was very small and when sleeping on the king size bed half of the king size bed you could feel the springs. The staff asked us if we wanted to change rooms, but we had gotten settled in and I didn't want to move anywhere. There was a 2nd single bed in the room so I just used that one. Coffee and tea in the room was greatly appreciated."

"Friendly and caring staff. I had to urgently find a hotel after I found the hotel I booked originally was a total dump. Filthy. With no WiFi my spouse luckily found this hotel as a replacement and I was so happy to see how clean and friendly the staff are."

"The rooms were quiet, comfortable and spacious. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The breakfast was well-prepared and good value for money. There was ample parking and Wembley Stadium was just a £35 Uber away. The hotel exuded a classy and historic feel."

"Bitten by bed bugs . Mattress was invested ! How this was missed by cleaning staff is totally unacceptable. Staff at reception were helpful in moving us to a different room for second night although bed was clean the bath room had an unacceptable odour made worse when having a shower. Staff gave us plastic bags to put our clothes to avoid possible transmission of bugs to car and home as my husband has stage four cancer and I have compromised immunity . Whole experience was horrendous."

"Stayed in the lovely en-suite room, which was nice, large and clean! Bed was quite comfortable. Bath was very modern. Only things to be informed about is no A/C (typical in non-corporate hotels!), may have missed the little tidbit of info on their webpage, but room had fan, which we put in window and had cool nights eventually. Shower is modern, but VERY small. Ultimately, I recommend the Nap Inn as a unique European stay!"

"My bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed and modern. The only thing I would say was that the twin room that I was in wasn't really suitable for business travellers as it didn't have a proper desk. I used the bar instead which was a little noisy. I discovered after going to bed that the smoke/fire detector had a red flashing light on it which illuminated the whole bedroom and disturbed me when going to sleep. Also the car park is not big enough for the hotel size, meaning...
