"The staff were very nice and helpful. The check in process was very smooth and quick. They will hold your luggage if your room isn’t ready which is so convenient and we used our spare time to explore the city! Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful! I loved it, made me feel at home :) 10/10 overall! The area is also super close to Times Square and theres multiple restaurants nearby! Love the area and it’s very safe! We will book again in the future!"

"This is a GREAT hotel in a perfect location. WELCOMING staff (from doormen to housekeepers) were always available and willing to assist us during our stay. Multiple nearby restaurants; short access (2 blocks) to the subway; and a modest, but well-stocked kitchenette complement the friendly climate of this comfortable hotel. "The room was amazing with a great view! We stayed on the 21st floor and we never once heard the rooftop bar! The staff were excellent and extremely friendly and helpful! The room was very small but for a night or two stay it was perfect! A very close walk to time square as well! I would definitely stay here again!"
