"Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Great proximity to Harry Potter Studios and walking distance to a yummy pub. Off-street parking. Note shared bathroom. We had noisy neighbors at 2 am but not the fault of the B and B."

"The room was not properly cleaned and we had to clear hairballs and dust. We cleaned the room ourselves before unpacking. The shower flooded the bathroom and it had obviously done this before as the bathroom door was rotten - bits of wood coming out. Mould around the edges and the towels were stained. Also had to request a second set of towels which were given to us in the bar and not put in our room. Disappointing for a large chain. Would not recommend staying here."

"The cost was just within my budget. Very basic & affordable. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and secure. You get what you pay for. I didn’t need to use the shared spaces. Would return 😊"

"Very much appreciated our 2 portable fans, but unfortunately due to London heatwave and Premier Inn not having aircon in bedroom, it was very uncomfortable for sleeping. All other facilities in room excellent."

I had a few issues with one of my bookings, Casey on of the managers at the Leonardo London Watford corrected everything straight away. As a person who stays in hotels all over the world I’ve experienced many different ways with problem solving. Casey’s customer service was outstanding! So professional and nothing was too much. "The location is absolutely beautiful and incredibly picturesque. Our room was amazing, very spacious, spotless, and featuring a fantastic double shower which was a real highlight. The bar staff in particular were exceptional throughout our stay, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which really added to the overall experience. "Couldn’t fault the room, it was clean and spacious. What I would say is avoid the restaurant, we found the food inedible. We ordered chicken korma and garlic naan… the “naan” was a greasy, oily chipati and as for the korma, not sure what part of the chicken it was but taste and texture was just plain wrong As for the creamy korma sauce, we were served green, runny sauce with no flavour whatsoever. Just awful, we couldn’t eat it, just paid the bill and ate elsewhere. AVOID at all costs."
