"it was a real great deal considering the price and the city, wouldnt complain . only thing i was not sure of - was there any noise insulation or everyone was just polite and really quiet. lovely place , great staff, good reception area and bar area. definately worth more visits if future allows. Would have preffered a bath instead of shower, didnt check whilst booking it. "

"We stayed at The Grove in December 2025 with our toddler and had a wonderful experience. The hotel felt magical at Christmas, beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming throughout. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well set up for a family stay, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. The staff were exceptional: genuinely friendly, attentive, and especially thoughtful with our little one. Dining was excellent, with great options and flexibility for families, and the grounds were stunning even in winter, perfect for walks. A truly luxurious but family-friendly hotel. We felt very well looked after and would absolutely return."

"From the moment we arrived, Natalie at the reception desk made our stay exceptional. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Any questions we had—whether it was opening and closing times for the swimming pool, sauna, or gym—she provided all the information clearly and with a smile. Her help made everything so smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself offered great service throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely recommended. "Excellent food at a decent price. Very courteous staff, hed two evening meals both very good, particularly the mixed grill..! Plenty of food. Rooms very tidy, well kept and served the purpose. Right next door to South Ruislip tube (Central line) with excellent access to central and city of London. Would highly recommend"

"We have stayed here four or five times now and always such a nice base to visit family close by. Always a warm welcome and great breakfast to start the day. Warm room and comfortable bed. Shared bathroom is kept very clean. Free parking is a bonus."
