"Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Great proximity to Harry Potter Studios and walking distance to a yummy pub. Off-street parking. Note shared bathroom. We had noisy neighbors at 2 am but not the fault of the B and B."

I had a few issues with one of my bookings, Casey on of the managers at the Leonardo London Watford corrected everything straight away. "The room wasn’t ready when we got there & we had to wait until 4pm, we had to get changed in the toilets as we had to leave for an event. We were offered free drinks as an apology but didn’t get a chance to use them as we were only there for one night & was late back from the concert. The room was very clean & the bed was comfortable but that’s about the only positives really. For an apartment hotel it’s not up to standard, there is an overheating issue in the building. "Fantastic staff at reception on all shifts,doing over expectations. The housekeeper on level 4 very considerate and wanting to help. Now the reason it gets 4 not 5. For the 1st time the cooked breakfast swas exactly the same for the 3 mornings: scrambled eggs, same sausages,had brown,tomatoes, bacon. Other have stopped the eggs for fried or omelette and mushrooms or tomatoes. Individual yogurts, boiled eggs and milk in a fridge. I have mentioned this to the morning Receptionist when I left."

"The room was not properly cleaned and we had to clear hairballs and dust. We cleaned the room ourselves before unpacking. The shower flooded the bathroom and it had obviously done this before as the bathroom door was rotten - bits of wood coming out. Mould around the edges and the towels were stained. Also had to request a second set of towels which were given to us in the bar and not put in our room. Disappointing for a large chain. Would not recommend staying here."

"The location is absolutely beautiful and incredibly picturesque. Our room was amazing, very spacious, spotless, and featuring a fantastic double shower which was a real highlight. The bar staff in particular were exceptional throughout our stay, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which really added to the overall experience. "The room we had was very spacious, and clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The staff are all so cordial and welcoming. The food was delicious. It's close proximity to Heathrow was the reason for our overnight stay, and we are so glad we did."

"Couldn’t fault the room, it was clean and spacious. What I would say is avoid the restaurant, we found the food inedible. We ordered chicken korma and garlic naan… the “naan” was a greasy, oily chipati and as for the korma, not sure what part of the chicken it was but taste and texture was just plain wrong As for the creamy korma sauce, we were served green, runny sauce with no flavour whatsoever. Just awful, we couldn’t eat it, just paid the bill and ate elsewhere. AVOID at all costs."
