"The staff were very helpful and really did everything they could to help us with a small noise issue. Area is central but like being in Leicester Square Very convenient for shopping and eating but not quite old town of Madrid so that’s important to note Tacos very local, rooftop bar was amazing. Pretty hotel but not amazing rooms for sharing with friends- better for couples I think Really enjoyed our stay"

"This was a great hotel in a central location. The staff was lovely, and the food at the bar/restaurant and lobby cafe were all delicious. The drawbacks are that the room was pretty tiny with the bathroom basically being in the bedroom (would not recommend if you want any iota of privacy) and the hotel lobby had an extremely strong smell (like perfume) that was making both my husband and I sick."

"Helpful staff nearly always available. Very clean and beds made for us each day. On one early morning the lock jammed shut n the only toilets/shower available, with no one inside, and it took time for us to realise that no one was inside; so the facilities were out of use for an hour. However once the reception was staffed the staff sorted out the problem very quickly. Overall this was a very good place to stay, exceptionally convenient, and I would strongly recommend it."
