"The initial experience was disappointing . I upgraded to a premium double room for £318 a night, but upon arrival, we were assigned a ground floor room. It had an outdoor seating area that faced directly onto the main road, offering no privacy—passersby could see right into the room, forcing us to keep the curtains closed throughout the day.
